Group Personal Training is a significant first step into the fitness world, in a group of no more than 5 like-minded people you will be able to start working on improving your help and fitness with the help of our great coaches. Each session is tailored to each individual and their fitness level, whilst you also benefit from spending time with the rest of the group.

What Does Small Group Personal Training Mean?

Group sessions are restricted to small groups of 5 people. This way we are still able to deliver a high quality session, personalised to each individual, just like you would experience in a 1-2-1 Personal Training session.

The sessions will be tailored to each individual to suit their fitness level, whilst you also benefit from a social group dynamic! There is nothing better than surrounding yourself with like-minded, supportive people!

We currently run two sessions on Tuesday and Thursday at 18:30, based in a small studio gym in Southwick.

To compliment your Small Group Personal Training sessions you will also benefit from our Member Portal. You will have access to a wide variety of educational documents, recipe books, exercise instruction videos and our on-demand exercise session platform allowing you to receive a level of coaching outside your sessions!
