Anna (Founder)

Anna is a 1st class graduate Sports and Exercise Therapist and Level 4 Personal Trainer. Anna founded Back On Track in 2019 with a vision to help people have a clear understanding of why they are in pain so that they can be proactive in improving their pain, function and quality of life.

Anna has a passion for coaching her clients in strength training and good quality movement. This passion is grounded from seeing the life impacting effect it has had on many of her clients giving them body freedom and confidence to live a life with fewer barriers.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys strength training herself aswell as long weekend hikes in the countryside. Previously, Anna had played football for local teams such as Portsmouth Ladies and Portchester Ladies. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Anna has also completed the London Marathon, 100km Ultra challenge walks and David Goggins 4x4x48 running challenge.

TJ (Co-Founder)

TJ is a 1st class graduate Sports and Exercise Therapist and Level 3 Personal Trainer. She currently works part-time in the NHS outpatient physiotherapy department as a Senior MSK Clinician as well as working part-time with us here at Back On Track.

TJ’s passion is to ensure every patient is heard and understood with a clear and concise plan made, so you know what is needed to get you back to feeling 100% again! Her goal is to make sure you don’t leave an appointment feeling deflated, lost or not heard.

Outside of work TJ is a big Paddington fan and loves going for walks in the countryside that involve a nice country pub!

Sam (Sports Rehabilitator)

Meet Sam, our self-employed 1st class, BASRaT Registered Graduate Sports Rehabilitator. He currently works full-time as an MSK Clinician within the NHS, in addition to experience working with the military and elite sport.

At the clinic, Sam prioritises patient centred care and understands how an injury can impact your daily life and ability to enjoy hobbies. By thorough assessment and accurate diagnosis, Sam uses evidence-based, personalised treatment, advice and management plans. His primary goal is to efficiently improve symptoms, improving quality of life and enabling a confident return to sports, activities and hobbies.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time travelling the UK and Europe on road trips and outdoor adventures including, walking, camping and climbing.
